SUSTAINABILITY


CDG is focused on sustainability, green building practices and stormwater management. We have completed numerous notable LEED certified projects in North Texas. Our principal has been a LEED AP since 2004 and obtained the highest levels of LEED accreditation with a specialty credential in 2010 (LEED AP BD+C) Building Design + Construction. He has served the North Texas chapter of the USGBC as a Board director and Treasurer. In November of 2012 the CDG design team won the inaugural LID Design Competition in North Texas – The Land / Water Sustainability Forum (Mixed-Use Urban Redevelopment / Fort Worth Northern Crossing West)
